Thank you for choosing us to capture your most cherished moments. To ensure we provide a seamless experience, please take a moment to review our terms and conditions. By booking our services, you agree to the following:

1. Image Delivery

  • All images will be professionally and individually edited, ensuring the highest quality.
  • Edited photos will be delivered via a private online gallery or USB, depending on your preference.
  • A Google Drive link for image access will expire 60 days after delivery. Please ensure you download and share your images before the expiry date.
  • We offer expedited delivery for an additional fee—please contact us before booking to confirm availability.

2. Package Inclusions

Each package includes a certain number of professionally edited photos. You will receive a mix of wide-angle shots, candid moments, portraits, and special highlights, depending on the package chosen.

  • Fashion, Product, Food, and Portfolio shoots are tailored to your specific needs. Please discuss your requirements at the time of booking for the most accurate pricing and service.

3. Travel Costs and Location Fees

  • Travel costs may apply for locations outside of Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire.
  • For events held outside of Staffordshire, additional travel fees will be quoted. Please contact us for a final price.
  • On-site location charges may apply for certain venues or remote areas that require extra preparation.

4. Printed Photos and Framed Images

  • All packages include one A4-sized framed picture. Additional framed prints or large-sized prints are available upon request for an extra charge.
  • Printed photos can also be delivered with an additional cost. Custom print packages can be designed based on your preferences.

5. Booking and Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to confirm your booking and secure your date.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will incur no additional charge beyond the deposit. However, the deposit is non-refundable.
  • The full balance is due before the photo delivery date.
  • Multiple-day events or specific requests (like Asian or European weddings) may require custom packages. Contact us prior to booking to discuss these arrangements.

6. Editing and Delivery Time

  • Standard editing time for weddings and events is up to 4 weeks.
  • For Fashion, Product, Food, and Portfolio shoots, expect delivery in 3-4 weeks depending on the scope of edits.
  • If expedited delivery is needed, an additional fee will apply. Please inquire in advance for rush delivery options.

7. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate event details, including schedules, location information, and special shot requests.
  • Clients are also responsible for coordinating the event schedule with other vendors and ensuring the photography space is available as needed.
  • For Fashion, Product, and Food shoots, clients are responsible for providing products, outfits, props, or food in the appropriate condition.

8. Liability

  • We are not responsible for unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather or guest interference that may impact the quality or coverage of photos.
  • In the unlikely event of equipment failure, we will make every effort to reschedule or offer a full refund for services not rendered.
  • While we take every precaution to safeguard your photos, we are not liable for any loss or damage to images after delivery.

9. Copyright and Usage

  • All photographs remain the property of Momentam.
  • We reserve the right to use any photos for promotional and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  • Clients are granted personal-use rights for images. Commercial usage must be agreed upon separately and may incur additional licensing fees.

10. Force Majeure

  • We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or any force majeure events.

11. Privacy Policy

  • We respect your privacy and will keep your personal details and event information confidential.
  • We will not share any information with third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.

12. Travel Costs and Allowances

  • Travel costs may apply for events held outside of Staffordshire. Please contact us prior to booking to receive the final pricing, which will include any additional travel charges.

13. Multi-Day Events

  • For events such as Asian or European weddings, which may require multiple days of coverage, we offer custom packages and discounts. Please contact us before booking to discuss your requirements, and we will tailor the best package for you.
